Inspection Services - Fees

When comparing prices, please remember that Accutech Home Inspections includes performing an Infrared Thermography scan with every inspection. You get what you pay for and skimping on a 'cheap charlie' inspection may cost you a lot more than the few dollars you saved.

The inspection fees can vary slightly depending on the size and age of the house. Please call 937-344-HOME (4663) for additional information.

Radon Testing is available, and strongly encouraged, for $135.00.

This includes setup of the Radon Continuous Monitoring Tester for a 48 hour test period. You will receive a computerized report detailing an hour-by-hour test, with cumulative results later the evening after the test unit is picked up. Don't pay big bucks for a canister tester that has to be sent away to a lab and only gives you an overall number. The Radon Tester is a Femto-Tech unit, which is the 'Cadillac' of testers.
