This warranty covers the structural and mechanical components in the structure for a period of 100 days from the inspection date or 22 days from the property closing, whichever is longer.

The RecallChek on appliances for life is FREE on all of Accutech’s complete home inspections for home buyers. Many potential safety hazards exist due to manufacturer recalls on appliances, but how do you know if the home you are purchasing has a recalled appliance? You’ll receive a FREE Recall Report within a few days of your home inspection and you will get monthly updates for as long as you wish. You can also add additional or as many appliances as you want anytime.

SewerGard
The 90 Day Main Sewer and Water Line Warranty is FREE on all of Accutech’s complete home inspections for home buyers. This warranty covers failures in the main sewer line and main water line from the structure to the service connection for a period of 90 days from the inspection date or 22 days from the property closing, whichever is longer. This is important, since a home inspection is not tailored for testing how a family stresses the plumbing when everyone are using the bathrooms, running the dishwasher and washing machine during the morning when they are all getting ready for the day. If a sewer scope inspection is completed, the coverage is now for a FULL Year.
Five Year Platinum Roof Protection Plan
The 5 Year Platinum Roof Leak Warranty is FREE on all of Accutech’s complete home inspections for home buyers. This warranty covers the repair of roof leaks that occur within 5 years of the inspection date.
MoldSafe Mold Growth Warranty
The 90 Day Mold Growth Warranty is FREE on all of Accutech’s complete home inspections for home buyers. This warranty covers the remediation of visible mold growth that occurs within 90 days of the inspection date or 22 days from the property closing, whichever is longer.
120 Day Radon Protection Plan
Ever cringe when the Radon report comes back at 4.0 pCi/L or just below and the client is worried? This plan will pay for a Radon Mitigation System if the client pays for an additional test and it comes back high.
NXT Structural Warranty
The One Year NXT Structural/Foundation Concierge Program has $100,000 of coverage for major issues such as foundation wall, girders, joists, etc. You may also extend that coverage past the One Year and purchase the NXT Structural/Foundation Warranty in 1, 3, or 5 year increments.
